People with Diabetes can eat any fruit, and all kinds of fruits have properties that lower blood sugar levels. But it is important to look at the Glycemic Index in the fruit you eat. The fruits of low glycemic index and fruits that satisfy the taste glands of diabetics.


Apples
Apples is one of the best fruits for diabetics. In addition to low glycemic values, pectin is rich in nutrients. Soluble fiber in it lowers blood sugars and fat. Diabetes sufferers quickly become infected. Anti-inflammatory factors in apples will keep infections away.


Pears
